Showerhead exchange

Bring your old showerhead in to our Ballarat or Maryborough office and we will exchange it for new 3-star showerhead for free!

Replacing old showerheads is one of the easiest ways to save water, energy and money.

This is a Victorian Government program with showerheads and rules provided by the Government.

Things to know:

• There is only one showerhead model available.
• 3-star showerheads are not compatible with some gravity-fed and instantaneous hot water systems.
• You can exchange only one showerhead per property.
• You must be a Central Highlands Water customer to participate.
• We recycle the metal from your old showerheads.
