We have a mobile hydration station available to supply drinking water at community events where more than 500 participants are expected to attend.
Community groups, sporting clubs, schools and non-profit organisations in our service area are welcome to apply for use of the hydration station provided it is available and eligibility criteria are met.
How to apply
We request that in-kind support applications be formally lodged at least one month prior to the event with all supporting documentation (public liability certificate of currency and a site map) included. The hydration station must be connected to a mains/drinking water tap which must be located next to where you would like the hydration station.

Lodgement of an application acknowledges acceptance of our framework and criteria.
Our support is not a general endorsement by either Central Highlands Water or the State Government, and that the benefits of any support must not be promoted or publicised in this way.
Support in one year or event does not guarantee on-going support for future events.
All applications will be reviewed according to our sponsorship criteria and social strategy principles.
Applications must be submitted at least 60 days in advance of the date of your event otherwise they will not be considered. Due to the large volume of applications we receive, applications are assessed on a monthly basis, two months in advance. Please ensure you allow enough time for the preparation and submission of your application.
We will acknowledge receipt of your application within three working days. This will provide further information about when your application will be assessed.
Submission of an application does not necessarily mean that sponsorship will be granted.
