Manager IT Services
Reporting to the General Manager Business Services, the organisation is seeking to employ a high performing IT Manager.
This is a critical leadership position managing strategic and operational change in the provision of information technology, records management and business system administration across our organisation. The primary role of this position is to partner and deliver service excellence to our internal and external customers through:
- Providing high quality business as usual (BAU) IT services;
- Executing IT related strategic initiatives; and
- Managing the evolution of the team to become effective in the digital age.
You will be responsible for implementing CHW's Digital Strategy and change across the organisation and drive the evolution of IT. You will also ensure the security of the organisation’s systems and website and further enhance the customer service provided by the Helpdesk team to internal customers. Through building the relationships with the diverse business units, you will understand the technology needs and prioritise what can be delivered and by when with a focus on the improvements that will deliver the greatest efficiency gains. Being the key leader in this space, you will report back to the General Manager Business Services on the strategy implementation progress and keep the Executive Management Team well informed along the way. Finally, you will deliver an enhanced customer experience for customers when interacting online with the organisation and build self-service/automated options for the high volume requests to improve the organisation’s responsiveness.
You are an established leader with strong experience in both leading the IT operations for an organisation and delivery specific innovative projects. You have a track record of leading successful change and delivering on customer/client needs that enhance business outcomes. Being a personable individual, you are an effective relationship builder with exceptional communication skills. You have the courage and resilience to challenge the status quo and have strong contemporary knowledge of the IT landscape both locally and internationally.
