Key Accounts Advisor

Central Highlands Water is keen to attract an experienced Accounts Advisor on a full-time and permanent basis.

Reporting to the Team Leader Key Customer Accounts & Planning, the successful individual will within a team environment be responsible for:

  • Delivering a primary contact function for Central Highlands Water’s major non-residential customers (typically industrial, commercial and not-for-profit sectors) providing a high level of responsive and consultative solutions-focused service, to strengthen customer and business relationships.
  • Delivery of regulatory / compliance programs including backflow prevention and trade waste.
  • Providing accurate and timely reports including on service levels and opportunities, growth, compliance, regulatory assessments and other relevant issues.
