SmartCycle® is Central Highlands Water's exciting new vision for managing the community's valuable water resources.

SmartCycle® has two key components:

• encouraging the efficient use of fresh water, and
  
  

• increasing the use of reclaimed water

SmartCycle® will provide more water for growing the region and will ease pressure on our fresh water reserves.

SmartCycle is a smart way of caring for the environment while providing sustainable water resources that benefit the entire community.

One major SmartCycle initiative is the Ballarat North Water Reclamation Project.
