How to connect water/sewer services

Introduction

This brochure outlines the steps involved in connecting and/or extending water and/or sewer services to a property or new development. As every situation is different the first thing you need to do is visit Central Highlands Water.

Our technical staff will be able to tell you whether a connection is possible and what would be involved. If a connection is possible you will need to follow different steps depending on whether your property is currently serviced by existing water/sewer systems or not.

We have included checklists in this brochure of the steps you need to take to get underway. If you have any further questions about the process please speak to our technical staff.
