ICT Service Support Officer
Central Highlands Water is seeking an experienced ICT professional.
Reporting to the Team Leader IT Services – Infrastructure, the successful individual will be responsible for:
- Providing first level support for all information technology and communications incidents.
- Completing customer requests for new services including procurement and installation.
- Assisting in the resolution of all ICT customer queries.
