Maryborough & District has 5,430 water connections and delivers approximately 908 million litres of water to those connections.

The Maryborough & District water supply is the second largest system managed by Central Highlands Water providing filtered water to Maryborough and several surrounding rural towns.  The water is selectively sourced from Evansford Reservoir,Talbot Reservoir and Tullaroop Reservoir, prior to being diverted to Centenary Reservoir. Maryborough & District's water supply has no added fluoride to the water supply. Any fluoride in the water supply is from natural sources.
