The purpose of this code is to specify standards and conditions of
service and supply that water businesses (and their agents) must comply
with in providing certain regulated services to customers. It applies
in respect of water businesses basic water supply services intended for
drinking water, reticulated non-potable water, recycled water services
(unless specifically exempted by this code or by a decision of the
Commission) and sewerage services.
